About Coach the Coaches by Raeda Sports
Coach the Coaches is a brand of Raeda Sports GmbH and organizes sports workshops and events. In 2024, the following events will be organized, among others:

In addition, Raeda Sports offers a membership under Coach the Coaches, which gives members unlimited access to all live streams, review videos, as well as live ad-hock interviews with successful coaches and other sports personalities.
Raeda Sports was founded in April 2023 by Kai Gerber, Frank Babik and Beat Weidmann with the aim of putting our partners and athletes at the center and acting on their behalf and in their interests.
Raeda Sports also organizes under the brand Coach the Coaches workshop/events and live streaming sessions for coaches in tennis, the athlete's and their environments and also in other sports.
In addition, Raeda Sports develops sports sponsorship strategies for national and international companies and implements them with partners.
Company philosophy and ethics
The company is not interested in maximizing profits and supports young, talented and focused athletes financially and with advice.

Owner and founder of tennis school proteam Germany & Switzerland
Kai Gerber is the founder of Coach the Coaches, his goal was and is to better network internationally recognized and experienced children's coaches and to promote children's tennis. In addition to the state training in Germany and Switzerland, he is currently a specialist in kids tennis and a member of the Swisstennis training team; J&S expert at the Federal Office of Sport (Baspo).

More than 30 years of professional experience in a management position in marketing, in sponsoring in the areas of sports and culture, sales and in project management in the payment card area of a Swiss bank.
Since June 2021 owner of the company BW Management. The company looks after athletes in various sports and takes on projects and mandates from associations and clubs.

Frank Babik

Co-owner and founder of Tennisschool proteam Germany & Switzerland
Frank is a qualified sports scientist and holds the highest coaching licenses in Germany and Switzerland for the sport of tennis.
He is the founder, co-owner and head coach of the proteam tennis academy in Münchenstein.

Giulia Steingruber

Partner Raeda Sports
Giulia Steingruber was the most successful Swiss artistic gymnast of all time and retired from top-level sport at the age of 27. In Rio, she won an Olympic bronze medal in vault.
Giulia Steingruber has spent the past two years working for the European Football Championship in Germany. She was jointly responsible for the fan mile in Berlin for a sports agency. Giulia has successfully completed her education as a marketing specialist. She is a partner of Raeda Sports and strengthens the team with her experience form her successful sports career and her marketing know-how.
